Well, Merry Christmas everybody. yes, all 3 of you. i only had 4 presents under the tree today....but but my parents spent a bunch of money on my computer, as a birthday/Christmas present, so no problems. i had a nice little surprise from pizza hut last night. i was expecting an $80 paycheck, when i was handed a $115 one. nothing crazy, but it cheered me up, considering i spent my christmas eve making pizzas.

Basically all i have been doing with my time off is playing video games, but no different from any other time. i played dead space and beat it. if you are looking for a fun game and you like bioshock and resident evil games, get this. now im currently playing fallout 3, which is amazing, and you never know whats gonna happen in that game. only problem is the random crashing and laggy bugs. but its better than not playing it. it saves often so not much to worry about with the crashes. i also highly recommend. (unless you like sports games...)


i always think before christmas break that im gonna hang out with my friends so much. and it never happens. lol. i always sit here and do nothing for 2 weeks. so my plan is to hang out with friends as much as possible, before i head back to school. and i suggest you do too. and ben, if you dont feel like crap, you try too. haha.

so the monitor i posted a picture in my last post, was a $310 24" lcd monitor. well i found a 28" widescreen for $350. so now im definately getting it, thanks to my aunts, uncles, and grandparents. (no thanks to car insurance and gas) i just cant wait.

Family Christmas

Well, I decided to make myself a blog. Ive been stressed lately, maybe it is work, or maybe it is school. It could be a combination of the two, but maybe this is a good way to vent out that stress.

Today I woke........hold on, im just gonna type without caps or anything. ok . so today i woke up to hear everyone cleaning stuff. Christmas with my family. which is awesome. but i can never understand the why clean stuff up, if your gonna get it out an hour later. but, whatever.

later on i played a little counter-strike source. its a fun game, but when i try to relieve a little stress at school with this game........i yell at ppl for being better than me. so it doesn't help a whole lot. then everyone arrived for the "party".

I randomly got into a conversation with trent about computer things. CS4 Photoshop as the major topic. so i proceded to show him my computer. i like to talk, not loud or obnoxiously, but just about things i like. well i went on forever about my computer and the games it could play. (sorry trent)

then we were informed that the gift exchange was going on upstairs. nice to know considering i didnt put in money. i wanted to, but i realized nobody would gain anything, but fun out of it. and i didnt like the idea of someone stealing a gift from me in the dirty gift exchange. i did get $65, one step closer to my $300 monitor.



i saw my cousin ben's art for the first time today. i have to say, its amazing. i wish i had the talent, considering i want to be a video game artist. my favorite one was the "sexy girl". too bad i couldnt get the portrait size for the basement. its really nice. i wanted to get professional art from an artist named nate frizell, but his cheapest was $800. but i think that i would much rather have this piece that ben made.

In the last week i have really found out a lot of things about me, that i dont like. im trying to figure out if thats a good thing or a bad thing. i found out i always complain about things, im doing really really bad in school.(as ive heard from my parents a thousand times" you are smarter than this") and my response is, "im as lazy as that." basically im trying to step up my game, but what can i do, its christmas. gotta relax. (except for work).

I learned how to play a huge part of Imagine by John Lennon. It is so calming to play. but there is one thing that makes me mad when i play that song. How could somebody shoot him? they can't assassinate hitler, saddam, or osama. but they can kill lennon, the kennedy's, and martin luther king jr.

So to wrap things up, i feel a little better, and at 2 A.M. i don't feel too tired. i hope this was a successful first blog, and that i dont sound crazy, i just have to get this out.
